Cloud & Enterprise Architecture
Why does one service failure interrupt the whole workflow?
Building reliable cloud-native systems with modern integration, observability, and security principles.
THE CHALLENGE
Make complexity manageable.
- Tightly coupled systems that slow delivery
- Failures that are hard to trace across services
- Infrastructure without clear operating boundaries
PRACTICAL DELIVERABLES
Clarity you can build on.
- Architecture decisions and service boundaries
- Observability and resilience strategy
- Deployment topology and operating runbooks
ILLUSTRATIVE REFERENCE FLOW · NOT A CLIENT DEPLOYMENT
Can the request finish before downstream work completes?
For a report export, a service could record a job, return its reference, and let a worker generate the file. This shortens the time the caller waits, but introduces another responsibility: someone must be able to find a stalled job and restart it safely.
Before we begin.
How is the technology selected?
We evaluate existing investments, team capabilities, integration requirements, and operational costs before choosing tools.
Where should an architecture review start?
Choose one slow or failing request. A redacted trace, a rough dependency diagram, and the recovery steps used by the on-call team are enough to start discussing where the failure spreads.
