Technical demonstration
Who approved this recipient?
An assistant prepares a report for one inbox. Someone changes the destination after review. Follow the proposal from edit to execution and see which instruction the reviewer actually authorized.
BROWSER SIMULATION
Review the destination.
You control the assistant’s edit, the reviewer’s approval, and the executor’s delivery attempt. Both inboxes are fictional. The simulation makes no external requests.

The assistant proposes sending a fictional report to Inbox A. Try executing the proposal before approving it.
What the executor needs to know
In this design, the reviewer sees the report and its intended recipient together. The approval identifies that exact proposal version. Even changing the recipient back to its original value creates a new version for review.
In a deployed system, a trusted service would authenticate the reviewer, check their permission to authorize delivery, and store the decision. The executor would read the approved content and destination from that record. The browser controls here illustrate those roles with local state.
